Another creepy idea that at first glance looks like a solution. In the early to mid 80's one influential moment (for me) was the film "Hero's" with Henry Winkler, a shoe box and Worm Farm dream. In 85 I tried my hand at recycling (dot printer) computer paper (there was so much waste at the place I was working) and ran into the wall of resistance. The idea, was to pick up (and shred) from medium and large biz all their computer paper as well as the typical paper waste. I learned a lot. Including more about worms, and bio fuels. In the late 80's Virginia and N. Carolina had pig farm problems. Stink and run off! Methane, worm/bacteria food = fuel and compost = clean environment and a little jingle in the pocket (actually a big pocket would be needed, to fund as well as bank). I saw a way to duplicate this, just as I did the recycling of paper. Franchise! I think that it was VAtech's agriculture dept that was doing research as well, so I know I was at least half right. But no one really was returning or listening to my calls.
